Sunday cardio

Today was penciled in as a rest day from training today but I a felt good this morning and had something to give so decided to get some impromptu conditioning in.

Here’s what I did for those who could do with some Sunday inspiration:

2km run to gym

W10 movement prep sequence

1km row (kept at circa 1:45/500m)

1km run (mostly 16.5km/hour pace at 0.5 gradient)

3km bike (used Watt Bike, main resistance 8, magnetic resistance 5).

The goal was to complete each of the three exercises in circa 3:45 for each block.

Repeat x 3.  I rested for about 90s between each exercise.

2km run home

Took about an hour and fifteen total.
